Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our online store (“SONAY”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following conditions:


1. Made-to-Order Production

All garments are handmade to order in our Paris atelier.
Each piece requires a production time of 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
By purchasing from SONAY, you acknowledge and agree to this production timeline.


2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Your order is only accepted once payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Inaccurate information provided

  • Suspected fraud

  • Product unavailability

  • Failure to process payment

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may exclude:

  • Shipping costs

  • VAT (depending on region)

  • Customs duties or import taxes

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.


4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

SONAY garments are made to order, therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage upon arrival

  • Wrong item received

Approved returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded when possible.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices.


7. Product Information

We strive to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of our pieces.
These variations do not constitute defects.


8. Personal Use Only

Products purchased from SONAY are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders suspected of commercial intent.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SONAY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Order delays

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs delays

  • Misuse of the product

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.


10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SONAY is registered.
Any disputes will be resolved under this legal framework.
