Shipping Policy

All garments are handmade to order in our Paris atelier. Each piece requires a production time of 2–3 weeks before shipping.

Processing Time

  • Production: 2–3 weeks (made to order)

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on the destination:

  • France: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

SONAY is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or events outside our control.
If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at contact.sonayparis@gmail.com. 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
